Our community-based classes provide a safe, supportive space for individuals experiencing mental health challenges and sensory sensitivities within the Moreton Bay region. Led by a qualified Exercise Physiologist, our small group sessions focus on gentle, guided movement, including floor-based exercises and light strength work, with a strong emphasis on physical wellbeing and emotional regulation.
We prioritise a calm, inclusive environment where participants can move at their own pace, build confidence, and feel a sense of connection and belonging.
